Our Disclosure Policy

We are choosing to openly publish the documentation behind the Greyling concept.  Contained on this web site you will find documents that not only describe how to use the system, but also how we designed the system.

Some on-lookers would argue that we are opening the door to our competitors to copy our ideas and techniques.  This statement is true.  Our competitors would do well to follow our lead, but our intent is first and foremost to impress upon the consumer that we have done our job faithfully.   And our job is to understand what the customer wants and answer that need.  It is up to us to engineer a solution, test the solution, and build the solution to benefit of our customers.

We want this documentation to be a testament to users everywhere that we are not faking or fudging the product.   We have not blindly copied another idea without giving full credit.  We are not trying to conceive a product that relies on a mysterious “proprietary secret” to be effective.   The real secret behind most winning products is that “there are no secrets” – just good ideas and effective implementation.

We are publishing here specific goals, theory on how we achieved our goals, and the methods on how we are testing the products to prove that we have met those goals.

We will not be publishing the actual hardware and software files and we will not be publishing some of our manufacturing techniques. We hope through open disclosure, we have earned the trust of the customer to accept on faith that the few things that are not published are as solid and reliable as that which is published.
